Any service request submitted through the Site, by phone, by email, or by text does not create a binding service agreement until accepted by ABC Home Services.

Certain services may require licensed technicians, subcontractors, trade professionals, permits, or third-party support depending on the nature of the work and applicable Colorado laws. ABC Home Services reserves the right to decline, modify, or refer any service request if the requested work is outside our service scope, availability, licensing requirements, or business capacity.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your service request, appointment, or home improvement project.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our short code or phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided through the Site, by phone, by email, by text, or during initial consultation are preliminary unless clearly stated otherwise in writing. A final binding quote may be provided only after review of the project details, property conditions, materials required, service complexity, and, where necessary, an on-site inspection by an ABC Home Services representative.

Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing may change due to material costs, labor requirements, hidden property conditions, permit requirements, customer-requested changes, or additional work discovered during the project.

ABC Home Services is not responsible for pricing errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the customer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information, service details, property access instructions, and any relevant information needed to evaluate or perform the requested service. You are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time.

You agree to notify us in advance of any hazards, restrictions, pets, access issues, parking limitations, building rules, or property conditions that may affect the service. If our team cannot safely or reasonably access the work area, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and additional fees may apply.

7. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Delays

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability, project type, location, weather conditions, staffing, materials, and other operational factors. While we make reasonable efforts to arrive on time and complete work as scheduled, timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Customers should notify ABC Home Services as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ABC Home Services may also reschedule appointments due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, staffing issues, material delays, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Payments

Payment terms, deposits, balances, due dates, accepted payment methods, and any late payment policies will be outlined in the applicable estimate, invoice, work order, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due according to the terms provided for the specific project or service.

Failure to make payment when due may result in delays, suspension of services, collection activity, or other remedies available under applicable law.

9. Warranties and Service Limitations

Any warranty or workmanship guarantee, if applicable, will be stated in the written estimate, invoice, service agreement, or project documentation. No warranty is provided unless expressly stated in writing.

ABC Home Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, structural issues, customer-provided materials, third-party work, normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, weather-related damage, or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
